Yes you do if you want quality people and if you want to be paid well. BTW there are no Y2K experts you moron, we are the same people who made the problem and know we are milking the world on it. I have been a IT architect for 16 years, I own a Staffing Company, My (as in me) average bill rate is $150.00/hr and I have much brighter people working for me, I get consulting gigs all over the country, How can you possibly think you know this business better than me
