Is that true telephonics? Is Lightwave going to the show with a unit? Does it look the same? I would imagine SOE's withdrawal was based on all the negative news right now. Who wants to even call SOE until the public hears the outcome. If SOE has a product of their own, and the crooks are gone, I would think that orders could be accomplished. I bet alot don't even know about SOE and an explanation should take care of concerns. A current earnings report from a reputable auditor along with a proven product is all the public cares about...Can they get the job done? Can anyone confirm Lightwave at the conference? P.S. Interesting post on the other thread. I'm not a lawyer either, just have experience with product infringements. It's a difficult battle and the story is the same, you don't take a bum to court.
