CR Lum: I disagree. There are a number of excellent reasons to be bearish on Ballard, but this, IMO, is not one of them. Let us see this Nagoya crowd create a fuel cell using their materials, and let us see some reason to think that it can be made in quantity, with quality, at a competitive price, and then we can declare it a threat to Ballard (assuming Ballard hasn't bought rights to it first, which it can certainly afford to do.)

To me this is like those carbon nanotubes that Hawkeye or some other gullible type here was promoting last year because some scientist claimed it would hold a zillion miles worth of hydrogen. It was obviously just a couple of geeks fooling around in the lab, with little chance of reality for a couple decades, and it was no more reason to get bullish than this Nagoya thing is reason to be bearish.
