Amazing.
You just don't get it.
Here it is, even more simply stated.

Jane is an individual.
She has an account at Schwab.
Schwab is U.S. based.
Jane shorts LOCK at $4 1/4.
$4 1/4 is less than $5.00.

Voila!

An individual has shorted LOCK below $5 at an "american" [sic] brokerage. No rules broken.


What part didn't you get?
