KS Telecom is projected to grow to just under $9,000,000.00
for 1998. The KS Telecom Acquisition should be immediately accretive to Tels Corp. earnings by 60% to 80%.

Last year KS Telecom earned around .14 on a stand alone basis & on May 14, 1998 Tels Corp. announced the signing of a financing term sheet requesting up to $4,000,000.00. These funds are going to be used for the closing of the KS Telecom deal, and for general working capital purposes.
