Is KS telecom publicly traded? Do they have a home page? Any URLs which would let us check them out?

Is there a rough time frame on the deal?

I don't mean to sound suspicious, but the first-glance numbers really do look very good, and its in my nature to search the closet for skeletons when I see that. I hope in this case I don't find any.

Hope I'll be in with at least a small position next week.
