Most ENCC clients subscribe to the "very profitable" software update service, offered by Encore. What the ENCC client base is at this point, I don't know. So what the current value of ENCC's software update service is currently is anyone's guess. Without new sales activity, it has to be in some kind of a death spiral. Happy Investing, Bob Crawford
