Bear/Bull ratio was as low as 1 the lowest reading probably for long time this is if we go by history an indication of a turn around. techstocks.com Although I follow it as one of my tools but I have always noticed thaty combined with my global indicators and configurations this is a good sign of an imminent turn. The 120 tech stock index sits on nearly 125 area a shade aqbove 115 hit last jan 97 we also had a break in Dec97 and Jan 98 as low as 95 but now with Networkers out of the woods 115 is the lowest I would think we will see.
