Nagaraju, just read that you work at TLAB. A GREAT company. I reviewed their human resource management program a year ago and found it to be the most integreated, sensible approach I have seen. I don't own the stock but am now looking closely at it along with several other telecom suppliers. High PE is only concern. Will they meet analyst expectations this quarter? Don't worry you can tell me, only a few read this thread. best...........Bill
