The company I work for was recently purchased by L-3, the employees of Ilex Systems (my company) were allowed to purchase shares on the IPO date for the IPO price. I did purchase some and hope that L-3 does well. I am not allowed (not yet anyway) to contact L-3 directly. We are a wholly owned subsidiary and must go through our management for problems or questions concerning L-3. I do not know what other companies within the L-3 Holdings Corp were allowed to purchase stock, I would hope that all of them would have been able. J.S.
