Rob,

I firmly believe that the more things change the more they stay the same. This company has proven to us all that they simply do not have what it takes to make it on Wall Street. Looking back on my 3 year history with this company...I find it hard to believe that I was reckless enough to place my hard earned money on this 2nd tier company.

I do not see any reason to own this stock. History shows that all the market leaders move up higher and faster then the followers. So why own IDT??

I'll tell you selling IDT is like going to confession. You don't want to go but when you do go you feel a lot better right away. I'm 95% out of IDT and wish I was 100% out. It feels good...

Like I said last night, I bet anyone that DELL doubles before IDT does...So why buy IDT????

For me it's now a question of what to do with my last 2500 shares.

Hummm......AMAT...INTC...DELL...LSI....MSFT...CSCO..LU...

You know American International Group is up 100% in the last 18 months??? Again why own IDT?????

Pure speculative greed...think about it....Yea it might spike up, but I'm in this game to INVEST not to trade or speculate....

Dave
