Company: Rhombic Corporation
Industry Type: Technology
Exchange/Ticker: OTCBB: NUKE

Public Float: 2,500,000

Overview: Rhombic Corporation is a company engaged in the business of
seeking and acquiring proprietary technologies with applications greater
than $100 million, with the objective of incubating them, and then
bringing them to commercialization. The company projects earnings on its
current technologies, at $1.00 a share, during the next 12 months.

Rhombic scientists have developed four ground-breaking unique technologies:
inertial electrostatic confinement (IEC) fusion technology; a patented,
forced diffusion diamond film doping process; a nuclear battery for the
aerospace industry; and the diamond flywheel battery.

Special Notes: Through Rhombic's wholly owned subsidiary, Rockford
Technology Associates and the University of Illinois, Rhombic Corporation
has entered intoa royalty agreement with Daimler-Benz Aerospace of Trauen,
Germany to develop, manufacture, and market the IEC technology. The
agreement provides Rhombic with a long-term royalty of 3.2% on all IEC
sales in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, Australia, and New Zealand.
Rhombic also retains all marketing rights for IEC units throughout North
America, which the company will commence upon receipt of sales and
marketing material from Daimler-Benz.

The proprietary forced diffusion diamond film doping process technology
is a breakthrough by Rhombic in successfully diffusing different elements
into diamond film producing a diamond with electronic properties greatly
superior to that of silicon, the material now used to make computer chips.
This proprietary technology is theoretically so powerful that a computer
chip now one inch square can conceivably be reduced on the head of a pin,
and operate hundreds of times faster than silicon.

Rhombic is on an ever-expanding mission to bring the latest technology to
the world. Rhombic has the blend of financial, technical, and administrative
personnel needed to bring a development-stage and technologically oriented
company into the commercial arena.
