Cruiser-- I agree with you. However, if no takeover rumor support, BAY would only be traded at low $20 based on what they earns. I think the rumor has 50% chance to be true. The only worry is when will it come true. This weekend? Or a day in the near future? No matter next week or next month or even next year, whenever, LT investors should not care about that. I believe BAY positioned themselves very well for a long run.
