Fun with numbers As far as I know Mpacts '97 total revenue was $19.1M with 19.5M outstanding shares(including the most recent 2M private placement). Therfore, $54M/19.1M= $4.25 .Also, Mpact+EBS last years revenue=$75M,indicates EBS revenues are approximately 3xMpact's(19.1M). Total share price= ? But, reading Richard's last post, EBS is worth $400M + $54M for 65% of 19.5M shares=$36.00 ! Richard, where did your last post come from?
