Maybe a smart human can explain this to me ...

I read that gmgc has 2.5M shares short. Kind
of amazed by this, gmgc seems like such an unlikely
short play at this point.

I know technology and business, but not finance.
Can someone tell me how normal such a short
postion is, relative to total float and a
firm in gmgc's position? And can one calculate
a potential short squeeze point from these
numbers? Thank you.
