Alex, The problem with the convertibles is that they are floorless, meaning they are convertible at a ratio to the current market price and not a set fixed price. I hope I'm wrong that they are at a fixed price, but I'm pretty sure the convertibles are floorless. Check out this link, and follow it to another link if you want. exchange2000.com Grant
