Not that I'm a great fan of government management but this statement is false - and obviously so...unless you want to dismiss the fact that the government is responsible for managing the armed forces, scores of federal agencies (FBI, IRS, CIA, NSA, etc. etc. etc.), interstate and international commerce, diplomatic relations, federally-funded trinkets like the interstate highway system, and so on and so on and so on.
