John, One final comment before I call it a night. Your observation of MUSE sales at your wife's pharmacy should be looked at in a different perspective. Since it's release, MUSE has been prescribed primarily by urologists. Most urologists practice in group specialty clinics. Some of these larger clinics have their own in clinic pharmacy. Also, many of the urology clinics will have a relationship with one or two pharmacies to dispense MUSE so that they don't have a patient running from pharmacy to pharmacy looking for one that stocks MUSE. A well stocked pharmacy might have a few boxes of MUSE even if no regular customers request MUSE. The point I'm trying to make is that just because your wife doesn't prescribe much MUSE, doesn't mean that it is not being dispensed. Now if her pharmacy is across the street from an impotence clinic and she is not dispensing MUSE, then your point is very valid.
