Now that you informed us,I bet he was making an instead joke..
had this weird thought last night that the US government could even
be buying Russian bonds to help support the government for the good
of world economic system..(nothing nefarious just insurance)..
read this one..probably sincere..from Japanese businessman..
biz.yahoo.com again doesn't
sound so dire..does it?
heard Bill Seidman on CNBC say that those low low interest rates
in Japan were to help out Japanese banks get their books better by
borrowing low and buying the US treasuries..had forgotten that one..
so if Japanese clean out their banking problems..bond yields here might start going up..
I am beginning to think that gold will just move with impending
inflation...too much smoke and mirrors among world governments..
also since our country is 85 percent service..I am beginning to think
only so much deflation can be imported here..
the hacheting(refuse to use that that d word for obvious reasons)is now both continuing but also backfiring..the backfiring suggests that management is going to be in position to demand higher wages...
only domestic stocks will probably take over now from the multinationals..I can't be that negative on the market..(I am just
a little person so not a contrarian indicator..)
bullish on gold now for the traditional reasons..(what a journey!)
