Indeed.

Point #1:
The fact that you were unsuccessful in your attempt at shorting LOCK the time you tried is entirely irrelevant. In theory you might have failed in an attempt to short IBM at $116 had you been so inclined; that does not that imply <<we live in [a wonderful world] where we have brokerages that can defy the rules. >> (Cf. your insipid post #709.)

Point #2:
In insipid post #716 you wrote: <<I said ,you, as an individual, can not short LOCK below $5....>>
This is false; you had not said that, and that was again not the issue. The issue was stated in insipid post #711 where you requested the following, quote:
<<Please relay to me one american brokerage that allows you as an individual to short stocks below $5?>>

Point #3:
Your request was in fact answered completely by myself as well as another poster. In post #715 Tekktrader wrote the following:
<<I also shorted LOCK at less than $5 (the first time around) and then again at almost $6. CIBC Oppenheimer and Salomon Smith Barney found the borrows. >>

You were flat out wrong.
You were shown to be such.
And you have fully and affirmatively answered my question from post #714:
