All were returned for refund/exchange. It looks like a new batch, 5 copies, just arrived. I'm going for a fourth try. If still doesn't play I'm going to take my Hitachi DVD drive from work home and see if it can play it in place of the Creative drive. The Creative FAQ page suggests trying to buy from different lots if you have problems with a title. Also, just purchased a Dazzle for the home theater pc to do some digital recording.
