Chirodoc: Thanks for bringing up important issues. As to the location of your quote from the Edgar file, I posted it on SI last month, I am aware of it's location. It is dated March of 98, this being June speaks for itself as to the report being out of date.

Many companies in their early stages of development, have ledger accounts of zero liquidity at times. You can't sell "widgets" until you build them. During some improvements to my property, I had a "runing-tab" larger than the Sangguine figures you address in the Edgar file. That did not classify me as being in financial straight.

You previously mentioned the large holdings you have in Computerized Thermal Imaging ( very wise investment by the way). It's president David Packer has invested huge sums of his own assets into that company. It is not generating income at this stage either.

What I am trying to point out is, one's debt is relative to one's stage of development. This is all my personal opinion of course. Thanks

Patrick
