IMNET Systems and Medical Systems Management Form Strategic Business Partnership
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 5, 1998--IMNET Systems Inc.(Nasdaq/NMS:IMNT - news) today announced the signing of strategic business partnership with Medical Systems Management Inc. (MSM) of Reading, Mass. to exclusively market IMNET's products to MSM's client base.
MSM is an international organization with over 25 years experience in providing software products, consulting services, custom programming and installation services. MSM specializes in integrating its own and other software vendors' software applications with the enterprise-wide software solutions offered by MEDITECH Inc.
MSM has installed its software applications for Surgery Suite Management, Physician Credentialing, Quality Management and Dietary Management into more than 450 hospitals which utilize the MEDITECH system, and has provided consulting and integration services to many more. Most recently, IMNET and MSM have been working together to successfully implement an integrated IMNET solution at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Conn. MSM is uniquely qualified to integrate the IMNET Electronic Patient Record System(TM), IMNET Information Search Engine(TM), IMNET Workflow Engine(TM) and IMNET MedVision(R) with the MEDITECH Healthcare Information System(HCIS).
