The New York Stock Exchange said its members
elected six new directors at an annual meeting
today.

The new directors assume the responsibilities of
their two-year terms immediately, the NYSE said in
a statement.

Stephen Case, chairman of America Online, and
Gerald Levin, chairman of Time Warner, were
newly elected to two open public board seats, the
exchange said.
