Jim: I can see how my statement with respect to your previous posts could be taken the wrong way. For that I apologize.

What I had intended to put in quotes was "NOT AN ISSUE" and as you have just posted, you had relayed the message that "debenture shareholders weren't going to be an issue any longer" (And of course you were relaying the CEO's position or someone else's...how else could you make such a statement). Well they are a screaming issue with me as I've had solid investments vaporize over floorless convertibles (see CMYN).

I'm assuming a future financing is necessary to put the floorless convertibles issue to rest, e.g. by buying them out, so I'm similarly frustrated by people such as the IR firm saying "financing is not an issue".

Recently, one of your partners (Kevinl) at Topdog came on this thread and made a number of cryptic posts that implied there was real trouble to watch out for. The only real trouble that I can think of that could sink this company in the short term is floorless conversion, which is why I've brought the issue out into the open again. If it's something else, then he should just tell us, straight out!

Finally...you stated "please don't spread unfounded rumors about others unless you're clear about an issue" Well, I'm stating the facts as clearly as I can see them despite being long in this stock. I wish I could say the same (re: clear statements & long in this stock) about your partner. (Oops, should I post directly to his mailbox too or can I again assume that he will see this post?).

Enough said. If I'm completely off base, I hope you and Kevin will come back and set the record straight.

Cheers,

T.Bill
