Terp,

I have kept an account of (20) y2k software stocks that I consider representative of the sector. Since I started keeping record earlier in the year, these stocks have averaged down 26%. This cycle seems to be repetitive for the past couple of years. Upturn seems to be stimulated by end of the year reminders that we are about to have just another year less to correct this problem.
