New Company Name = Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. Has everyone received their Annual Report and Proxy? As of 4/17/98 we have 11.5 million shares o/s. Assuming shares are the same today, this gives us a market cap as of yesterday's close of about $17 M. Plangraphics will contribute about $8.5 M in revenue this year and EISYS will contribute another $3.0 M. We are certainly undervalued from a sales multiple, but the problem is that we are not making $!!!! The way I see it, ISISI has to cut some costs to get there. I will make some phone calls to see what they plan. ISISI....UMMM... not sure I like it yet. Take care
