Good morning, Foad. As far as MOT long-term, keep it. It should be in high 60s by Q1/99. By then, they will control expenses more effectively and improve eps.

In the past, the top execs. were blindly "pushed" (by mid-level mgrs. protecting their turfs) to invest in every promising technology under the sun, expenses escalated as projects folded, and the net earnings shrunk. Things are slowly changing.

Look for more joint-venture technology agreements between MOT and its competitors.
