Good Morning Chuck, I've got a question I've been meaning to ask... Remember that "technical writing" post you did a while back? Does that come in an illustrated version? Just wanted to know because there were a couple of parts I just didn't get and I thought the pictures might help... <g> Asfar as the wine goes... you know, I just want to make sure that you get the air filters installed over the air traps during fermentation... that stuff stinks while its bubbling and oozing. And remember, clean up your mess when you are done. Shouldn't be a problem since Todd seems to have laid in SO MANY RAGS! (mumble, grumble). Lazarus, remembering the best wine I ever made was of the Blackberry variety. Very Tasty!
