Will and Raymond.....the third quarter wireless handset releases by MOT are digital 'cellphones', with traditional direct-view displays, only providing more kinds of information. They are not virtual-image displays. These products have been in the mill for some time, but were temporarily delayed (most likely) by the MOT reorganization, announced in February, but only recently implemented. I do not know when anyone's virtual image display will be available for consumer purchase in a handset. The Irridium phone (as featured in yesterday's WSJ) has the bandwidth, bulk and price to carry this option, but is shown with a direct view display. mcd
