Hey there John, as I recall from some posts back, you're a contract hound. How do you think that a company could go about negotiating a contract for a piece of software with a group of guys that are just dba and aren't really a company. For instance, there's the issue of copyrights on the software - who actually owns those? There is the issue of indemnification for copyright and patent infringement - who is responsible? Who is actually contracted with as far as delivering, testing, and maintaining the software? Why does this all smell a little fishy to me?
