My theory on DSWLF's stock price:

Closely tied (for better or worse) to Asia perception. I
know of alot of companies in Japan and HK that are selling
for less than net asset value. Most of these have large Asian
exposures however. I just think that most international $$
are fleeing anything with Asian exposure. Until the Asian
flu subsides, I doubt that the multiple will expand into the
double digits.

But I'll take my 7-10%/year yield.
