Michael, you sure seem eager to get all the information to the SEC.

I want all the guilty parties to be prosecuted. I want to know why Raumer and others were feeding us a bunch of crap? I don't want to see ONE INDIVIDUAL who feed us lies to walk away free without an honest explanation.

At the same time I concerned about the product infringement you have brought up. If what you say is true and SOE doesn't have a product of their own right now, then we are in trouble.

I'm just going to say this michael, I don't mean to sound nasty, I'm just thinking...

Perhaps you are connected to the real owner of the technology (if true) and you found this to be an excellent way of shutting down SOE without going through the long drawn-out and expensive court process. If you focus the SEC on the product, then you might receive your compensation quicker and save your associate a considerable amount of time and money? To me, that would explain how you know so much regarding court proceedings etc...

I'm just looking at all the angles here michael and being an open forum, choose to express my opinion.

I'm in favor of giving the SEC all the information we know, I'm just concerned about pulling the plug by accident.

Aloha
