Please call Steve Rash. They have already used some of the money from that $5 million equity line of credit. If they did not have the money the company would not be able to start phase II trials of the OmniCath. That is exactly what will be happening very soon. Whatever conditions were necessary in order to borrow must have been met because the company is, like it or not, borrowing from that equity line of credit. One other issue you raised concerning press releases. American BioMed often issues a press release containing multiple newsworthy items simply to hold done the cost of several press releases.
