Don, The bane of all resource exploration companies. Some are worse than others and hopefully HEC's potential will override the dilution. What makes the situation worse is IF you feel the company has been duplicitous with us in not being forthright about the necessity for more cash via dilution. When mutual funds have large positions and THEY think it is not necessary,they put a stop to these things. I own a certain position in a natural gas explo. deal and the mutual funds put the whammy on them when they tried for a 5X increase in the "authorized" shares. But,the beat goes on until they reach their current max out there and apparently here,too. TM
