It also seems at his point, after all the losses,time and money, Arnold could do the shareholders the favor of a public statement ex- plaining CVIA's position. Does he want to coo in everyone's ear and win them back one by one? If there's no malfeasance,get up and explain why to everyone at once like a real CEO would. We're all ears, p.b.
