He says MSFT hasn't innovated... i still maintain FAT was innovative at the time of DOS.

You said this before (that FAT was innovative), but gave no supporting evidence. I have never heard this argument from even the most die-hard Microsoft fan. Moreover, your argument is pretty ironic, given that you have to go all the way back to the original FAT file system to "prove" that Microsoft is innovative.
