Your numbers imply a share price of 14 for Novell. It would take a share price of $14 for Novell to use up half a billion dollars buying back 35,658,600 shares. Using today's price of $11 or so, your figures are off by about $100,000,000. Or do you mean to imply that Novell will soon be trading at 14 and above? Please don't call me names if you disagree with what I've said.
