Joe, I read and reread that article about halving inventory levels, and I don't understand how it's possible. Just looking at the finished goods side how long is the average burn-in period for a computer, and do they consider the sale as soon as the computer is in the hands of a common carrier, or do they wait until the customer is in receipt of the goods?
