To all: I just got off the phone with the Transfer Agent-Jason. Rumors of the warrants needing to be exercised by June 30, 1998 are NOT true. No change to the warrant situation. Regarding the P's, he has the corp resolution for a 3:2 split with 5/29/98 SOR date on hand, but all parties are waiting for NASD approval prior to processing paperwork. Hope this helps. Steve
