The most recent press release was on May 11th announcing the planned merger with Tanner's restaurant based in Atlanta.Tanners will expand into some of Harvest's locations and vica-versa, so it sounds like a good deal to me. The deal must be ratified by shareholders and I haven't received a proxy vote yet. Will update as I receive anything from the company. Don't see any reason to sell at these levels.
