Joe: Who was the brilliant "consultant" that negotiated, in whole or in part, the contract with Leone that required that he be paid in full even if he did not find sufficient capital for the company? That "consultant" ought to be sued...or, in all good conscience, pay the damages, in whole or in part, that have been incurred as a result of the Leone contract without a lawsuit.
