I would tend to disagree that stock buybacks are typically completed over a period of days if you are inferring that the buyback will be over a short period of time. Most buybacks that I have been involved with have taken place over months. In fact, usually the company states the amount of funds that are committed and the term. Also, I've never seen a company set a target price - not that INFE did here - just a general statement.

Of course, throw everything I've said out the window if the stock rockets to $6-$8 in the next couple of weeks (and not because of the buyback).
