The only thing that matters is whether the site works well enough to attract and keep customers. The other issue is how many customers will try it now and not come back because they are not satisfied with the results. I do not think it is an overstatement to say that the site does not yet serve it's intended purpose. To do an official launch in the state it was/is in was not smart. I am sure it was decided that pushing back the launch would be more detrimental to the company than launching at less than 100%.

If you want to be a successful investor in a service related company, think like the customer. Would I buy this product? Right now the answer is no. The faster Proxicom brings the site up to the useful tool that it was intended to be, the sooner PNLK will attract and keep customers. The concept is good. The application of the concept can work. There is a large market for the service. We, as investors, will not do well until the product is what the customer needs and expects. Proxicom, it is in your hands. Make this site work. Then they will come.

I, as an investor, am somewhat miffed that the site was launched in the condition it was. But I have only two options at this point. Sell and take a loss. Or wait. I will wait because if they fix it this stock will take off. There is no doubt of that. So, fix it.
