John... I still hold and LIKE GRAD for it's true book value and company business plan...not to mention it's low float. (less than 1.5 million shares issued) I realize the price appreciation hasn't materialized yet, but please be patient with her. The company's game plan for real estate acquisition is great and as management secures it's business plan for growth, you will see nice price movements. Sometimes timing is the worst thing to predict, and I too try to report what I'm being told by those close to the situation. If there are setbacks and such at times, I'm not always told right away. I can tell you this..everything is fine other than the price, and that will fix itself as time goes on...I suggest you try to cost average down from here a bit and hold for the future...play your other deals in the meantime and keep making money on them..when GRAD breaks out, you will be glad you bought more (if you do)and we all will make money. thanks for your concern...
