Oh Boy, A Judge would really have a hey dey with a punitive action like that. Doesn't surprise me that you would think of that, however.
Now, tell me. What alternative did Packard Bell have if they wanted to compete in the low end? The CELERY CHIP? ROFLMAO!

Packard Bell sees what is around the corner with the home appliance/sub$500 PC and knows people don't look at them for the high end...so what other choice did they have? Please don't say the Celery. <G>
