Here's a bit abt MKS.

Campany's cash position has been impacted negatively due to delays in getting out some new product & this caused by delays from a supplying associate of the company. Should be out by June, at least before July.

They are filing patent for their MultiCOM technology which allows for CallerID to be rcvd while user is on the internet. Expect to embed this technology in their Switchboard Seven product which should generate profitable revenues at this time (by July).

Also working on firmware development with a rich set of telephony & internet features, not presently available in the same price range. This will develop in the very near future.

Also have started development of 2 more products with release expected before fiscal year end.

ISDN terminal adapters are proceeding with some success (sales), recovering some costs & offsetting delay of sales with the mentioned new products.

Personally, I feel the stock price is a bit high right now, at least until something more definite appears to generate cash flow, however, that could mean a higher price when the outlook improves. The company has virtually no long term debt & had .0003 loss/shr for quarter ended Jan 31/98.

I think they will do all right but may have downs & ups, which is what makes for profitable stock playing. Thin trading & wide spread are something to be aware of. Hope this gives you a little idea re the Company. Do not have a lot of info & apologize for being so slow to reply.
