I.C.I. is a big company ici.com and for sure by now they read the to press releases in April 98 that they were clearly MENTIONED having some agreement with ICI. IF IT WERE NOT TRUE ICI WOULD OF RELEASED A PRESS RELEASES STATING SO.ICI is interested in Napier's product and that's that lets wait for a press release to further explain whats happening
