ARXA poising to break. . . at current 1.28 by 1.31, all 4 Market Makers with short position are on the bid. Means they are all trying to cover. They know ARXA is poised to run, and are attempting damage control. Only one MM on the ask I believe, and don't think he'll be there for long.
