Was the next reg s slated to be loaned out too? This is a nasty trick, loan money to someone, they take the money and spend it on salary and claim bankruptcy. WOTD is a new company with no business and I'm sure it took about 500 bucks to get it started. They dump it and walk away with a cute 1.5 million. The new Reg S owns 95% of CVIA so they start the whole cycle over again - reverse split reg S ........
